Surgical lifting of the face and neck

A cervicofacial lift treats the skin and muscular sagging that comes along with the aging of the face and neck. This surgery gives you back a young and fresh face, yet looks very natural.
To see what you might look like after this kind of surgery, try this test: lie on your back at look at yourself in a mirror with your arms straight out at your sides.

The principle of this surgery is simple. The goal is to pull muscles taut and redrape the skin without too much tension. The procedure can be combined with other surgical procedures (eye lid surgery, laser, dermabraision, fat grafting).

Two consultations are necessary before surgery. You will consult with an anaesthesiologist 48 hours before surgery.

A two-day hospitalization is usually necessary. The patient leaves the clinic the day after surgery, with no bandages but with some bruising, swelling and a pulling sensation behind the ears and at the neck. Stitches are removed on the 6th day.

Permanent results will be visible in 3 months. Scars may still be a bit pink and hard, but will lessen six months after surgery.

The use of homeopathic treatment, lymphatic draining, and the application of a cream can accelerate healing.
